I'm having pain in penis and rectum region. Sometimes constipation and fissure occurres Is there any physiotherapist can help to cure cpps I heard cpps is a muscle problem. How much time it takes to cure I am hopeless. I'm from kerala . Wheres best doctor for it. Suffering from 1 year .. consulted many urologists. Consumed plenty of medicines. .No result.. Sir you need to visit at physiotheray centre in person for proper treatment, as you need proper pain management exercises which can only be possible if you visit, avoid bemdinf forward and backward. try to use foam roller at home of possible.

Have you heard of Pudendal neuralgia. This condition is fixable with pelvic repositioning. There would usually also be a coccyx dysfunction. Check with a manual therapist.
