Chronic pain in hip knees and upper back
Pain in Hip area (bilateral), Both knees, Upper back, Besides the spine Time - 2+ years Scans and Reports - MRI and blood reports are all good and does not show any abnormality Physio - Did strengthening exercises for last 6+ months. Stretching increases the pain drastically. Daily activities- Not working (job), no running or sports Doctor asked to do strengthening exercises because they think it is due to weak muscles. But even after 6 months of exercises under physio guidance, pain is still there. Doctor then asked to stop physiotherapy completely as it increases the pain. Medicines tried on and off for months - Duloxetine, Pregabalin, Desvexlafine
