Hi Mild to moderate intensity exercise with gradually increasing intensity and frequent monitoring of kidney function may be undertaken after kidney transplant after consulting the treating nephrologist. You need to maintain adequate fluid intake during exercise. Protein supplements are not recommended.
Next Steps
After few months of kidney transplant you can start low intensity exercise and see the impact. Can increase gradually under guidance of the treating nephrologist.
Health Tips
Avoid protein supplements. maintain good fluid intake ( after transplantation).
