Chronic insomnia
I have chronic insomnia.cannot sleep at night.i had consulted doctors and also taken ativan 2mg , zolfresh and trika 0.5 but there is no effect of these medicines.still facing the same problem.please suggest.

How is your sleep? You find it difficult to sleep or wake up early or disturbed sleep in middle. And also are their any stressors you are facing, any tensions. Taking medicines can make you habitual and sleep disorders can occur due to some other anxiety and depression related problems which needs to be tackled. Also follow sleep hygiene. Avoid taking caffeine in evening Avoid lying down in bed during day time Don't watch TV before going to sleep Also it is v important to find the underlying problem which is causing disturbed sleep.
