Chronic granulumatous disease
I have been diagnosed with chronic granulumatous disease and when I get an infected abcesses and the doctorssurgically drain it there is also a lot of necrotic tissue involved. I have had multiple blood transfusionsugar and am a diabetic. So is it normal to have this necrotic tissue. The wounderlying tend to be 25 by 15 cm and I usually need a wound vacation to heal. Could you please tell me if these are related or what you think the problem is. Thank you

Necrosis can be because of both granulomatous disease n dm2, could you be more specific about the granulomatous disease?
