Chronic gastritis causing anemia B12.
I have acidity and chronic gastritis problem since 4 years and that have resulted a new problem of Anemia B12 since 6 months.
Upper abdomen and back pain with weakness head ache body pain, numbness in fingers, sometime chest pain and shortness of breath. I am following good diet and exercise regularly since a month. Taking Pentaprazole sodium DR 40. No improvement.
Kindly guide for the cure.
