Chronic Constipation with gas
I have chronic constipation with gas. My doctor prescribe nurobion forte twice, equirex twice with Cipcal in morning. Softovac 2tsp with dulcoflex 2 tab . pan 40 in morning. But still my 50% motion clear .for complete motion I take pan 40. Then my doctor prescribe zantac 300mg after night meal. My motion complete clear but it clear arround 3am.Then again two much gas create so pan 40 I relief then i sleep. Then my doctor nurobion forte and equirex three times. Then after taking milk . I feel uncomfortable in stomach to sleep at night again I have two take equirex the I sleep. Should I change Softovac with Lactifiber or increase dose of Softovac.

Sometimes ibs causes similar Symptoms. If stools are not hard consider POSSIBILITY of ibs.
Appropriate treatment and Dietery modifications needed.
