  4. Chronic constipation since 3 days. Help!

Chronic constipation since 3 days
I am suffering from chronic constipation since 3 days , inspite of taking laxatives like cremaffin , lactulose , I have pain and irritation in passing stools , feels like the anal region is excoriated,also using anovate ointment and taking amox 250 mg a day(since yesterday) but no relief is observed so far PLEASE HELP
