Chronic constipation.
Hello, my daughter is 2 years old, she has chronic constipaion. SHe does pass stools every day but stool is dry pellete type only, rarely she passes normal stool. She dosent have any pain or problem in passing the stool. She drinks less water but eats proper lunch and dinner. She has 4 5 times of milk intake. She loves curd. We have already done abdominal ultrasound and thyroid report which were normal. What elsw can cause such constipation? Also there is history of constipation in family too

Reduce quantity of milk.. may stop for few days and restart after some day but 150 ml to 200ml per day.. increase water quantity.. can give fruits (increase fiber intake)..

Reduce milk intake and give grains , legumes, dal, rice , sprouts . Give green leafy vegetables, fruits in diet . Can give banana daily in diet. Salad 🥗 , cucumber, carrot.

Reduce milk intake  and increase whole grain and fiber rich diet for the baby . For medication pls consult online

Hello,plenty of fluids intake is important to relieve constipation.Also include more of fibre rich and vegetables in diet .Also you can start with PEG solution in order to relieve constipation.kindly consult in detail for further opinion.
