I am having chronic ankle pain for 6 years....no morning stiffnrss....faces difficulty in standing for more than 5 minutes..slight pain in both knees also...what kind of shoes to wear and tests go be done...worried..plz guide..

Hi this is Dr Nitish M.D. Please get a check up done first by a doctor. It looks like plantar fasciitis, it will be diagnosed by examination and not by any tests
