I did a lot of physical work including bending and lifting heavy boxes exactly 8 weeks after caesarean since I had to shift my house. Now I am worried if it will cause any complications in future. Currently I am doing ok but have back pain and body pain due to tiring process of shifting.
Can I do something for damage control?

Yes. You have over-exerted yourself , doing hard work so soon after the Caesarean. But it is all over.
Please consult with your Gynaecologist who did the operation. He can assess the strength of the scar and advise you for further management.
