Hello sir..... simply changing the tooth brush without any treatment wont give you any relief from sensitivity, cavity and gum recession.... sensitivity is due to so many cause... **Dental caries **cervical abrasion **occlusal erosion **gum recession.. cervical abrasion and occlusal erosion can be treated with simple fillings.... cavities should be treated with simple filling or root canal treatment depends on extent of cavitation.. gum recession should be treated with flap surgery... after all this treatment you can maintain your oral health by using sensitive tooth brush which will be having ultra soft bristles and it wont damage your enamel much

Hello Is your concern regarding cleaning only, then too just toothbrushing would not help. A basic check up for you is a must with all the fillings of the cavities done. For the gum going down, I would recommend if you could please share your full mouth x Ray (OPG) with us for a better diagnosis.

Health Tips
Any ultra soft tooth brush would be fine which would not impinge on the gums and would not abrade the teeth.

Soft toothbrushes are to be used in daily activities. Ultra soft Brushes and common toothpaste can be used. Main precaution should be the brushing technique. Consult a dentist nearby who can help you with this.
