Yesterday I collected my  cholesterol reports it shows: Total Cholesterol:           155 mg/dl S.Triglyceredes :              193 mg/dl SHDL.                                 29 mg/dl VLDL :                                 39 mg/dl SLDL :.                                87mg/dl TChol/HDL :                       5.3 mg/dl LDL/HDL:                           3.0 mg/dl Please let me know what should I do.

HDL (Good cholesterol) is low. LDL values are ok. Triglycerides slightly elevated.
Next Steps
Avoid high fat dairy products, fried items, alcohol. Daily moderate intensity physical activity for 45 minutes a day
