This is limited details and more precise information is needed about your skin condition which can help in planning a treatment. A photograph would have been helpful. I believe you are talking of a condition called Xanthelasma which is referred to as cholesterol marks by many. It can be removed easily either by a laser machine or chemical application. Sometimes it can be excised. The treatment depend on the size and other features of Xanthelasma. You should also get a lipid profile and TSH checked.
