Cholesterol levels- High Triglycerides
Sir Please see my lipid profile attached and kindly advise. I am having this High levels of Triglycerides from past 5 years. I took tablets to lower the levels few times. But Triglycerides level is not coming down

Hello, Only TABLET is not going to work. You n your efforts also needed. Change in life style n diet. Vegitarian bland diet with least oil n spices.salad before lunch and dinner. Curd is good.dal with least tadka. In between meals cucumber n CHANNA of250ml milk without sugar use stevia leaf extract in place of sugar although u r not diabitic. Brick walk twenty minutes morning and evening.yoga n pranayam for ten to fifteen minutes. Ok. Continue Medicin as advised. Ok.
