  4. Cholesterol Level Increased. Was okay.

Cholesterol Level Increased
Recently I got blood test where Cholesterol level was 219, Homocysteine level was 62.50 and HSCRP level was 2.93. I have got Echo test afterwards which was okay.

219 is borderline no need to take any medicine

use fruits and nuts decrease carbs
