Hello, I am 31 year old, male with 58kg, height 5'11".
In my routine checkup, i got high cholesterol nearly 181. Can you please suggest any plan for diet and will get to reduce this cholesterol.

Avoid taking too much of fried and packaged foods.
Take more of salads in to routine
Incoporate 1 tsp of methi seeds and flax seeds into your routine
And follow some or the other workout.
Its near 200 means more risk to b cholesterol. Start cholesterol diet.now days stop extra oils, fried food, deep-fried food, salty fries, stop packed salty oily food, less or stop heigh fat meat, fish,etc...if alcoholic stop alcohol, smoking, and go for 15 min walk, be active.for more details or indizual cholesterol diet can consult with dietician.
