Hi Expects, I would like to know if TG level of 338 would cause heart palpitations. Also, I would like to know what could I do to reduce my TG and increase my HDL. Thank you

Hello, High triglycerides do not cause heart palpitations. If you want to control the cholesterol you have to exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes per day for at least 5 days a week including jogging or swimming or cycling or brisk walk or walking uphill. Avoid junk food and alcohol. Have high fibre diet. Take care. Stay safe.
