Choclate Cyst in left ovary
I have Choclate Cyst of 8 *6.5*6 cm in my left ovary. I don't want to undergo surgery.. is it possible it will dissolve by diet and proper excercise.

Chocolate cyst suggest endometriosis and it will not go by diet and exercise.. If you are married and fertility issue can be due to such cyst.. Decisions of surgery will be based on that
