Chocking while drinking cough syrup
My 2 years old son got chocked while giving cough syrup, immediately he vomited up the syrup, food and lot of mucus. But afterwards he was coughing for 30 min and then slept.
Is it any problem?

If he has stopped coughing, there will be no problem. If cough persists, visit a pediatrician for check up

Don't give medicines forcefully.
You might change the syp if baby doesn't like the taste.
For now if cough is settled and no breathing difficulty and he is sleeping well ,no need to worry.
