Chills and fever
Hi my 1year one month baby got sudden fever and chills at night although she is active through out the day and even before sleeping but a sudden chills and fever tensed me a lot.. I gave paracetamol syrup to her at night but now today morning there is no temperature body temperature is cool and normal but still sleeping so that I don't know wether to take her to the hospital or not so please 😫🙏🙏 suggest me...wether it is normal or should I take her to doctor.?

Its important to record fever in children, n at night he might have felt cold due to AC also.
Now u should record fever again today n if fever >= 100 then give paracetamol, otherwise nothing is required.
Next Steps
if fever persisting, see a doctor.
