Get an X ray Chest and Abdomen done to ascertain position of coin. If it is seen in abdomen it should come out in stools within next 48 hrs or so. If coin is seen in Chest on X-ray then you need to take the baby to hospital with facility for Esophagoscopy and removal of coin.

Keep a watch on his Stool daily till he passes it out. Preferable to be examined by a pediatrician and X-ray abdomen and chest to be done see where it is.
