Child getting electric shock.
Child is getting electric shock when we(parents) touch him or when anything like a steel glass touches him.
He is far away from the any electrical wire, device etc.
Only normal touches by any other person or when he comes in contact with normal thing like a steel glass , he gets a shock.
What should be done about it?
