Hello Doctors,
My son is 21 months old. For us he looks good. But there are few things we are worried about.
1) He always runs from one place to other at home.
2) He does not react when he is called by his name. But responds immediately to the TV songs and ads he likes.
3) While playing he does not like if we try to take him close to us.
4) He doesn't care the strangers in our home. But fears strangers outside.
5) He is not giving things to us when asked to do so.
6) He only makes sounds like nononono dadada Tish Tish etc. Not more than that.
Kindly advise is there any need to consult Doctor.

Yes, you should visit a Developmental Pediatrician/ Pediatrician for proper assessment of the child.
