Chickenpox scarring. To prevent it?

Chickenpox , hi i have chickenpox since thursday night , i realised a blister on my tattoo on my thigh and i was pretty worried that it might been an infection as i got it around slightly more than a month ago but on the next day which was a friday, i woke up with red spots all over my chest and back and they just kept coming until today which is tuesday day 5 if u count from friday, the spots kinda stop coming in so much already and few of them especially those on my face have started to crust and become dark which is a good sign but heres the thing , yesterday i am not sure if the blister on my tattoo pop on its own or i accidentally popped it. i told myself it would be fine as it will heal on its own but woke up today and theres still redness around the hole and i am afraid whether it will become a scar or can i do anything to prevent it? or just let it be
