Hi I wanna mention no particular food is good or bad, every food has their own nutrition content and benefit. You can surely eat chicken.. sausages in the breakfast but do make a point of taking a variety in breakfast and not taking one kind of breakfast daily to provide ample amount of nutrition into body. Variety is the key.

Hi, Chicken is good for weight loss. However sausages are processed and should be avoided. Also Chicken should be had with salad for dinner for weight loss.
