Chicken pox
I have been affected with chicken pox and it's been my 11 day I'm already feeling much better and my blisters are falling. And for the diet can I have naan and paneer is it okay to have it or the pox will re appear.

Its adviseable to have a light diet for a month. Diet advised - rice gruel, khichdi, steamed and boiled food, can be taken along with lots of vegetables. Less of spicy and sour foods, no fried and junk foods, no non vegetarian items amd oily foods.

No.. any such heavy proteins are not advised soon after such disease. Better to have light diet upto the complete cure. Around a month .
