Chest tightness
I'm having chest tightness under left breast for a week with sudden sharp pain . Now I can feel the pressure in my ears and nose . Upon lying upside down , I can feel the chest pressure and choking sensation. I'm also burping a lot for which I took GI tablets but no luck. My ECG and X-ray is normal.can you please suggest on this
