Chest tightness
Hello dr, i had chest tightness and sweating after eating. After i burp it get relived. Took ecg..it shows poor r wave in anterior leads. I had my ct coronary angio done 2 months back. Its normal. What should i do now? I have severe acidic and sinus problems for the past few years. Also c7 cervical stenosis problem.My gastro said i had severe epigastric symptoms. Is it a cause of concern.
