Hello! The problem that u have mentioned is called as Gynaecomastia. It is due to endocrinal dysfunction which causes estrogen level to raise in males esp during puberty. There r different causes to see such changes in men. U have not mentioned since how long u have been observing these changes in u. were u under any medication for long period for any other health condition ?

Such problem occur in guys either bcoz of abnormal deposition of fat or because of some harmonal disbalance. In both case homoeopathy has a good treatment. Rather than beeing stressed with your condition go and meet a classical homoeopath and get your treatment started asap.

Hi, in most cases of men complaining of appearance of breast, as that in women, there is usually self diagnosis of Gynaecomastia. Men with weight issues may also appear to have this complaint, but your weight seems appropriate for your height.
Next Steps
Meet a physician, homeopath or otherwise and get yourself checked. After physical examination, if required blood tests, ultrasound may be suggested. If found to be a case of Gynaecomastia, either medications or surgeon opinion would be sought
