Heaviness in chest
I am feeling rather embarrassed asking this and couldn't ask this in person. I had masturbated last night before sleeping and then I woke up after an hour or so feeling heaviness in chest and the need to take deep breaths. There was a mild ache in chest in left side. Like a dull ache. But I couldn't gather the strength to get up. I woke up after another 2-3 hours and am now feeling better. This always happen to me when I masturbate at night and I mostly avoid this but sometimes as a single person cannot avoid it. Can this be heart related? I feel very embarrassed. I have had TMT, ECHO, ECG last year and they were all normal.
