Chest pain with normal CT angio
Hi doctors I had my CT angio three months back which came back normal with 0 calcium score and tmt echo six months back which also came normal but I'm having chest pain in centre left shoulder sometimes under rib cage and I'm having lightheadedness sometimes if I try to sleep at night I'm having some feeling in left side of chest I'm only 22 and because of this I'm very scared that i might get a heart attack at any time I'm afraid of being alone do I have to repeat these tests is there any validity for these tests or is there a chance of heart attack with all these tests being normal please help me.

With a normal coronary in CT and normal echo it is almost negligible that you will have a heart attack. Get an upper GI endoscopy to rule out Gastroesophageal reflux.
