Chest pain. Psoriosis. Sometimes allergi

Asked for Male, 49 Years

2days back chest pain came.consulted physician. He gave pain killers.now normal.ECG normal. Is it due to heart or gas or esophageal ulcers.i dont know.will i go TMT/echo/lipid test.iam 49yrs old.i am also suffer with psoriosis. Pls give medication advices for health.
