Patients with ASD are known to have heart rhythm problems leading to palpitations, chest pain etc., sometimes even after the closure of ASD. But exactly what type of heart rhythm issue you have can be diagnosed only after detailed clinical examination. So please meet a cardiologist as early as possible and get yourself personally examined for a final advice on this issue. Thanks. Hope this helps.
