Chest pain in left side
Dear Dr,
I do feel chest pain left side (mild needle pain) and sometimes tightness center of the chest. I have got my ECG and X ray done (attached). Is there any alarming issue found?

Ecg looks ok. Suggest a TMT for better assessment and ruling out a coronary artery disease
