I have chest pain last two days and when i press on the area its paining and i have full body pains why ?

Hi. Your symptoms are probably due to musculoskeletal pain. Take analgesics and if symptoms persists consult with doctor.

It could be muscular pain. Try taking any painkiller or apply volini gel
