Chest pain
I have been doing a night shift job since 7 month which has completely ruined my schedule. I don't exercise on a regular basis, I'm either working or studying so I spend atleast 18 hours sitting on a chair. I feel pain in my chest every time I try to stretch now and I have a severe case of hair loss. I have always had really low bp and iron deficiency so I have serious period pain as well. Is vitamin B complex (neurobion) good for me? And should I start taking Iron Pills?

If you have documented iron deficiency you need iron rich food - dark leafy green veg,dry fruits, dates etc. Supplementation with Livogen once daily till it's in normal range and also for one or two months more to replenish stores. Recheck after three weeks to check it's working. Taking Vit C along with supplement helps in absorption of iron. Citrus fruits and Amla or rich in vit CIf chest pain is due to excessive stretching you need to stop and see the effect or moderate it. Taking B complex is not a problem, infact folic acid and B12 are essential for Hb production
