I am taking metolar xr 25 and arvast f10 but still fill chest pain some times and discomfort in heart please explain me what will be resion.?

Insufficient data to comment. Consult cardiologist with all your history and reports. Why you are using arvast ? Any hyperlipidemia? Family history of cad? Any other comorbidities? What your previous reports showing? What is description of your pain? So not possible to suggest anything in q&A for your condition. Consult cardiologist.
