Pain in chest

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have pain in armpit near to nipple upper side it was very sharp pain while eating coming and this same pain coming down centre of this chest this type of pain only coming in chest for one year this pain only coming after eating when walking this pain not coming when sleeping in some position this pain coming but not sharp why this pain coming some time this pain coming in right side also this pain only coming all left side chest i have done ecg ,TMT,echo,CT angiogram all normal calcium scoring normal but this pain makes me afraid please doctor help me did i want to worry about
