Probably it can be due to indigestion.
Take eno sachet. And pan40.
First take pan 40 tablet just one.
And after half HR take eno if required.
If chest pain still doest stop after 6 hrs. Please consult doctor asap.
As of now also I recommend you to consult doctor to really diagnose the cause of chest pain.
And a detailed history is needed
