Blood in the sputum has to be investigated properly. Particularly tuberculosis has to be ruled out. You may get your sputum tested for AFB. X ray chest may also be required. But it will be better if you can consult your family physician for better understanding of the problem and treatment.
In the meantime you may take tab Cetrizine 10 mg daily. Steam inhalation and warm saline gargle may be helpful.
