Chest pain
Hi sir, am 30 years old male non diabetic and non hypertensive, my lipid profile is  also normal but am smoker ,i smoke three or two in a day, am having chest pain from 22 months i took number of EKGs, 2d echos and 10 tmts but still it was paining so i went for ct coronary angiography  which was normal no blocks are present but still my chest and left arm back pains,what will be the cause of pain sir  and please tell me how many days it will take for an artery to get significant bloackage?? Please help me sir
