Chest Pain - Hello, I Am Suffering From Sharp Chest Pain

Hello, I am suffering from sharp chest pain whenever I do exercise, lift something heavy or I deep breathing. My chest x-ray reports are absolutely normal. But still I feel sharp chest pain. I think it's costochondritis but I don't how to treat it & in delhi where I can go for the treatment. Please help me
