Chest pain in centre dull to sharp constant feeling dizzy disorientated back pain suffer from anxiety are all my symptoms anxiety related or underlying problem been to many times bloods are fine stool is fine

I would suggest you to consult a psychologist for a therapy. Probably,  all those symptoms could be due to your Anxiety also.!!!
