Chest pain and stomach pain
I have low bp and also I have weakness dat is whenever I stand under son or very hot temperature I il faint now a days it's giving me so much effect because I live in that kind of place and also I think so much of my work so from mrng it's paining from chest to stomach feels like someone is poking me

Please dont worry much. Your low BP have many reasons. First make sure you drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated.
