Chest pain and others

Question

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Was under stress initially, one day felt dizziness, lighthead , nausea. Felt uncomfortable chest pain ( all over) and burning in throat then pain ( pin-needle like) spreaded to both arms , back , leg muscles , palm. My GP gave me medicine , omeprazole for acid reflux but still having chest and pain ( pin-needle like).
