Chest pain and hypertension
Hello doctor, feeling chest pain on and off past year doctor says due to acidity. Taking poi sometimes improved when stop that medicine again starts. My bp usually stays normal at home like 116-130/65-80 but at clinic it increases like 134-140/90-100. Doctor gave aspirin but didn't order any tests I am worried so did ecg I am attaching just let me know what is it.

Your ECG looks unremarkable. However a normal ECG doesn't rule out heart disease. If you smoke, or have family history of heart attack stroke (parents, siblings, uncle's aunts)or have diabetes, it is worthwhile to do further cardiac screening tests like Echo and TMT. If heart related tests are normal you don't need Aspirin unless there is other reason /disease why it was prescribed.
Next Steps
In any case you could do Echo and TMT and if they are normal then unlikely it's heart related pain. In that case check Serum Vitamin D level.
