My daughter age 8 but left side and right side chest pain.and cough.99.3 temperature. constipation two and three days.

One needs to know if child has breathlessness or no... Child has chest pain on both sides and fever is not high grade. Also has pain on abdomen? Is she passing lot of gases? It is possible that child may be having symptoms of constipation for long time which has been missed. 8 year old girl may not be able to describe constipation fully...
