Hi, i have been smoking from past one year and even chew tobacco for 2-3 months. I have just quit smoking last week. I have severe cough from last 3 months and get a metallic taste when i cough. From last 2 days i have severe headache, anxiety, confusion, palpitation and bp is little on higher side. I feel i will pass out any moment. I am scared i either have some lung or heart problem. I cant decide whom to go. Please help. I am a very bad state and i have a 2 yr old daughter to look after.
Please be kind while responding.
Thanks

U must be having smoking or nicotine withdrawal symptoms. U can chew nicotine gums to minimise theses side effects. Also show to a pulmonologist nearby.
