Chest Pain and Breathing Issue

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have a chest pain in the middle of the chest. I have undergone a TMT test which has come negative. I have done test for more than 9 minutes. I have also breathing issue while walking and running from past 3 months. Please help me to solve this issue.
